franchise, entertainment, intellectual
property, professional negligence,
health care, insurance, transportation,
and more.
Ms. LaMothe also mediates and
arbitrates employment disputes
of many types—Title VII,
age and disability discrimination,
discrimination based on sexual
orientation, wrongful termination,
wage and hour, and others.
Respected by her colleagues, Ms.
LaMothe has served on numerous
professional committees at the
local, state and national level.
She also appears frequently as
a teaching arbitrator at the Vis
International Commercial Arbitration
Moot, held annually in Vienna,
Austria.
